The old restorations showed several ceramic fractures and in some areas the framework was exposed. The patient's main concern was the unesthetic appearance of the anterior crowns in the maxilla due to these chippings.

The current restoration is insufficient and the supporting implants show periimplantitis. A new full-mouth rehabilitation has to be planned. This comprehensive case was treated by Dr. Thomas Hitz, Frauenfeld, Switzerland.

Before starting the full-mouth reconstruction, the oral-maxillary sinus fistula (oroantral fistula) has to be closed.
